BEcause a mailbox doesn't need a username, password, etc. A server
does. MailboxRemote is basically there so that you can check to see if
you are dealing with a remote mailbox and avoid doing checks for things
like is_pop3 and is_imap so that other remote mailboxes can be added
later.
