Concerning the development releases, releasing dev versions every week
is not a bad idea. I think we have quite a few new features and it's worth
to share it (I wish balsa was a bit more stable, though; I noticed that
something wrong happens on gtkhtml and balsa joint: I could not switch to
text/html part second time (i.e I selected html part, then another part,
and then html part again) because balsa crashed somewhere in gtkhtml
code).

Talking about gtkhtml, should we build binary packages with or without
it (or both versions?) Considering the developing status of gtkhtml, we
could also try linking it statically, what do you guys think?
