[patch] title hack

Here is a patch which updates the title bar with the
number of unread messages.  I find this very useful
because app titles are displayed in the pager, so I can
tell at a glance if I have any new messages. 
Unfortunately, it only works with open mailboxes for now.

To use, apply against a clean Balsa 0.9.1, configure,
make, install.
