If you install the optional RSA and IDEA modules then GPG uses RSA and
IDEA keys, which is probably what you meant.
In fact, GPG always uses PGP keys -- it conforms to the OpenPGP
standard -- it just doesn't normally use these patent-encumbered
ciphers, but free (and even more secure) ones.
