Expand alias update

Hi,

Yet another alias update.  This one is against CVS of 5 December, which
lists "2000-12-04  Ian Campbell  <ijc25@cam.ac.uk>" as the last entry in
the ChangeLog.  I specify this because one of the servers is locked,
and another hands me the ChangeLog for 29 November...

TAB now works like Enter.

There is a fix against libbalssa/address-book-ldap.c that probably
should be seperate patches, but I need them to work :)  Ian may
have added it to CVS seperately.  I make sure I have an ldap connection
before I call ldap_search_s().
