Secure IMAP

Hello,

I'm brand new to the list, and to balsa.  My question is simple:

Does balsa support secure IMAP connections.

My company uses a secure IMAP server.  I know that I could use either
Pine or Netscape Messenger (or Mozilla), however I'd prefer to stay away
from those, if possible.  If balsa is not the answer, is there a better
suggestion?
