Problem with adding POP mailboxes

I believe that the attached patch solves the problem where it is not posible
to
create a POP mailbox because balsa will not beleive that the name has been
filled in.

I am still waiting for CVS write access, so would someone please apply it for
me.. 

If anyone could give me a quick pointer on how to close a bug report I would
appreciate it.
