POP3 problem

I've got balsa 0.8.1 running successfully on my Linux system, using local
maiboxes.  I've now set up a POP3 server, but when I try to retrieve
mail, I get an error:

** WARNING **: gnome/program: No such file or directory (errno = 2)

** WARNING **: Cannot open the temporary mailbox to spool POP3 messages:
"gnome/program"

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix this?
