The initial mailbox opening

Hi,

Just commited Mathew's patch, with some minor reorganization of the code
(I have impression the code in CVS tried to open mailboxes every time
 mblist_redraw is called, which is wrong, because it can also happen when
a mailbox is deleted). 

I have also made some more modifications to make it possible to open more
than one mailbox: just separate your mailboxes with semi-colons (is this
character the best choice?), for example:

src/balsa --open-mailbox='Inbox;balsa'

It would be probably wise to exclude trashbox from the unread mailboxes
list.

The present code makes a good starting point for saving balsa state
between
sessions - but this will be included after 0.7.0 release, OK?

Is anybody working on IMAP/POP3 problems?
