src/spell-check.c is not included in the tarball, so I guees there is no
point in translating any strings it contains: the translation would not
see the daylight out of CVS anyway. I know Peter Williams removed it two
versions ago and then it was restored again. This is why I think it is
right time to clarify this issue.

I see two solutions: a. spell-check.c is left in POTFILES.in and is
included in the tarball; b. spell-check.c is removed from POTFILES.in
