Toolbar problems - resolved

Hi,

this is to all that had problems with disappearing toolbar. Balsa should
not crash on preference change when toolbar is not active. But it cannot
force the toolbar to appear again.

The fix for this is in CVS. The toolbar appearance is controlled by
session manager, as far as I can tell (somebody correct me on this, if
needed). It helped for me to rename ~/.gnome/balsa to something else,
start balsa and go through the initialization sequence, and then rename
the configuration file to the initial name.
