You'd have to add them manually, one mailbox at a time, using the
wizard. Balsa does not currently (IIRC) support IMAP mailbox tree'd
autodetection (where you'd enter server:/path and it would add
server:/path/mailbox1, server:/path/mailbox2, server:/path/mailbox3, etc).
