balsa_widget_get_bold_font()'s wrong assumptions

I have tried to use balsa on an old machine and a crash made me aware that
balsa_widget_get_bold_font() makes an assumption that xlfd has at least
three parts while this is not generally true: the xlfd may be as short as
'fixed'. I think there was a bug report filed on this...
