Why there are only a few ISO-8859 charsets?

+static struct {
+  gchar *charset, *font_postfix;
+} charset2font[] = {
+  {"iso-8859-1", "iso8859-1"},
+  {"iso-8859-2", "iso8859-2"},
+  {"iso-8859-7", "iso8859-7"},
+  {"euc-jp",     "jisx0208.1983-0"},
+  {"euc-kr",     "jisx0208.1983-0"},
+  {"koi-8-r",    "koi8-r"},
+  {"koi-8-u",    "koi8-u"},
+  {"us-ascii",   "iso8859-1"}
+};

I think you should also add all ISO-8859 charsets (for example
correct charset for Baltic is ISO-8859-13 but I still get some
mails with ISO-8859-4 encoding).
You should rename Lithuanian to Baltic as this encoding
(ISO-8859-13) is also used by Latvians. Or add Latvian.
