Balsa had been pretty stable for me up until the 1.1.3 release. Several
times now I've had it go catatonic on me: it no longer redraws windows or
responds in any way. It's not using up CPU time either. Here's a stack
trace while it was in that condition from balsa-1.1.3 on RedHat Linux 7.0
built against Red Hat's balsa libraries.

I'm not familiar enough with this code to track down what lock it is
waiting on. This happens to me about once a day, so I can do further
debugging next time if there's more info that would be helpful...
