Balsa's configure fails to detect gnome-print

Hi !
I have a problem when compiling balsa. The configure-script seems
to fail when trying to detect gnome-print. I have a RedHat-7.0
which I recently updated to 7.1 (Seawolf). The package
gnome-print-0.25-9 is installed. I thought that would be enough.
Is there anything I need to add? Like a
gnome-print-devel-package?
