Xlib errors

Hi.

I recently downloaded the balsa 1.1.7 sources. Compiling them went fine
(gnome 1.2). But when trying to access any of my mailboxes, I get Xlib
errors. Either it freezes X, or balsa crashes. What I get when clicking 
a mailbox could be:
