daily URL patch...

Hi all!

Here is my daily URL patch :-)) This time it uses the new scanning features
(thanks, Pawel, for committing them!!) to enable the use of mailto: url's.
After adding it to balsa-1.2.pre1, e.g. clicking on the following

mailto:balsa-list@gnome.org?Subject=This%20is%20a%20test&cc=pawsa@theochem.kth.se

should pop up a new message window with the header fields filled in correctly
(don't send it, please...)

I had to change a couple of files, but as all routines were already in main.c,
it does not contain a lot of really new code:

- src/main.c:
	moved two routines to src/sendmsg-window.[hc] (IMHO it should not be
	in main if it is supposed to be used by other c files)

- src/sendmsg-window.[hc]
	got two routines from main.c

- src/balsa-message.c:
	code to call the new message window
