DEFINITELY NOT my experience.  On FreeBSD 4.4-RC1, libesmtp-0.84 is
quantum improvement over 0.83 (the mailing dialogs flash by so fast I
can barely read them; reading could be done quite leisurely with 0.83). 
Of course, YMMV.
