Filters are scheduled for the next development cycle. Meanwhile you can use

You can't. IMAP folders reside on the server and exist as such in the server.
When you subscribe you say "i wan't to see this particular folder" inside
a given directory.
POP3 is just a dumb message storage. You connect to it, get the messages,
delete them (pretty much like ftp). All message sorting is done on the client.
