The header lines which are printed are "hard wired" into the print routine and
not influenced at all by any other "display headers" related setting in Balsa.

Hmm, I'll fix that if it's really needed (you might end up with one page of
headers, though). There are some other things in the pipeline for printing
(e.g. font customisation), but it's not for 1.2, I guess... So please stay
tuned.
