Honestly, I don't know. I simply checked the 'balsa' module from two
nights ago and it really is Balsa 1.2.3. But then again my CVS
expertise is close to none :-)

It said it didn't know about no vfs. So, this kinda pointed me in the
right direction. I promptly went to compile the latest gnome-libs
(1.4.1.2), then re-compiled gnome-vfs-1.0.3 (using --prefix=/usr) and
this solved balsa's issue with gnome-vfs.
After that I had some other problems during `configure' and `make' and
afterwards during make but that was due to lack of gob and ssl
libraries which I easily solved.
