Yes, with incremental scanning, the IMAP tree is scanned only as you 
reveal the folders by expanding nodes. Parts of it may never be scanned 
in an entire Balsa session.

Within the present IMAP setup, the only way to restore the old behavior 
without checking the mail again after expanding a node is to set the 
scan depth large enough for the whole tree to be scanned at startup.
