I think you understood the UI meaning, but I haven't coded anything to
actually pop up the window and show the text when filter matches.
If you want to code it (I have no time to do it right now), I think you
should just popup the text of every filter that has matched (one or
several times) to avoid a lot of windows popping up everywhere :)
