True as this statement may be, it isn't the reason. The permissions on my
files are correct. Creating a new (empty) mailbox from within Balsa is the
problem. Creating an empty file using any other means works just fine.
Balsa used to be able to create mailboxes too, now, for some reason yet
unknown to me.
