Known problem which has been fixed here, but Balsa 1.0.1 is still broken.

Yep.  And not all the Ctrl editing keys work either.  They are getting
fixed (slowly) here.  Hopefully in a few more days, all of the "special"
keys that work in GTK+ work in Balsa.  At least its much easier to
get these to work now.
