spell checking

I use balsa checkouted from cvs two days ago and I can't use spell
checking.
The support is compiled in but I got the following two problems :

1/ If I set language to english and press the spelling check button :

-Unable to load the "aspell" module.-

And I can choose aspell or ispell in the balsa preferences, I got always
the message about aspell module.

If I set language to french and press the check button :

-I'm sorry I can't find any sutable word lists for the language-tag "fr".-
