PATCH: update date when preferences change

Hello,

I'm attaching a patch, that makes the
changes made to date format in preferences
appear immediately in the currently
displayed index. Without this patch the
user has first to close and then open
again a mailbox, to see the date in the new
format.

If there are multiple mailboxes open,
only the current notebook page is updated,
the other will be updated only when the user
switches to them (I hook to the "swith_page"
signal).

The patch is made against the pristine balsa-1.1.6 source rpm.

P.S. I hope the patch for adding message
size column to the index has not been
committed, because it has a small memory
leak. I will send a fixed one soon (later
today?)
