Patch to eliminate some compiler warnings

Hello,

 there are 2 warnings caused by missing break statements. Because of this,
balsa will not compile with --enable-more-warnings on recent gcc versions.

This patch inserts a break at the end of each of thise switch blocks to
eliminate the problem.
