I've attached to this mail a rework of my previous identities patch. This
patch is compatible with the new libIdentity code. It add to each sendmsg
window an ident field. With it, after selecting a new identity if you
insert a signature (Ctrl-Z) the correct signature is added.

I would like to replace the identity icon in the sendmsg window by a combo
box in the from field. It sounds better that a dialog box with a list of
identities. With a combo box you can still type a address but you can also
simply choose one of the available identities. 
It sounds not complicate to implement but the from text entry is a libbalsa
address entry widget (to allow auto-completion). I think the better thing
to do is to add a new widget in libbalsa (basically a combobox with
autocompletion stuff). 
I've had a look to address_entry.c and it's not really a trivial part. If
somebody sees a way to implement a combo box it would be cool.
