ANNOUNCE: balsa-1.1.7 release

Hello,

I would like to announce balsa-1.1.7 release. This is still development
series because a lot of new code has been added recently.

The new features are (random selection):
- several improvements in IMAP folder handling.
- message size column in index.
- numerous UI improvements.
- some new command line options.
- several bugs fixed.
