Usage of libesmtp-config in configuration

In the most recent CVS code and the 1.1.17 release, I have not seen any
reference to the configuration script for libesmtp. I have installed
the library in a separate directory than /usr/lib, thus, I run into
problems during configuration. I will provide a patch soon if it seems
as if this problem is not addressed.
