new Customize menu

I've just rebuild a balsa package and tried the new Customize menu. 
I use a laptop with a 800x600 display and the customize dialog box use FOUR
desktop. 

It's certainly a good feature to allow toolbar customization but It's a
MISTAKE to restrict its use to 19'' screen users.

This should be REWORKED or REMOVED.

I remember the link to the Hall of Shame in term of design which has been
posted a few days ago to the galeon ml and balsa is ready to add a nice
screenshot in it.

Please check the previous link and change the customize dialog box.
