hey, i've answered this message yesterday to you.

oki, if you compile new balsa then you need libesmtp 0.8.3
get that package and compile it using this parameters below
means you need to compile libesmtp first. then after you
configures libesmtp with below parameters install it.

;--- cut
./configure --enable-require-all-recipients
make
make install
;--- cut

now get balsa depack it and compile balsa again and all works.
this means no errors.
