libmutt updates, heads up please

i just commit an update to libmutt. given enough black magic and some code
it should allow tls/sasl imap to work. 
meanwhile, can cvsers check that
* --with-esmtp=no
* plain text login imap 
* pop3 with non plain text login
* imap flags (yes, this may have gotten better :))
* general imapness

still work, at least as well as before :)
