Just another URL patch...

I attach a patch for the file src/balsa-message.c which should greatly improve
the current URL detection code in text mails:

* fix bug #55548 (crashes if the user did not select a custom font for the
messages). In this case, the style's default font will be used for
calculations, which is the correct one anyway (Pawel, you are assigned as "bug
owner" in bugzilla, therefore the direct copy to you...);

* fixes the problem of wrong URL "hot area" positions if text and/or URL's
are wrapped by the text widget;

* uses PCRE (if available) to detect URL's which should eliminate lots of
problems with excess characters at the end of an URL;

* always sets the default cursor for a mail containing an URL to remove a
"little unbehave" discovered by Ali Akcaagac several weeks ago.

Please send me any comments to let me improve this stuff!!

Cheers, Albrecht.
