[PATCH]make balsa build without threads.

Hi (back again).
  I was trying to build for profiling, and since that doesn't work
well with threads (tried it), I built without threads... it didn't
compile. The patch below makes it compile without threads (I'm not
sure that it is optimal, but it works.
