attachment rightclick popup

oki,

i am using balsa for a longer period now and when i want
to save an attachment, i usually know what to do. but can
someone tell me what poupose the other options in that
popupmenu have ? (yes guess another snapshot) could we get
rid of them, if we dont use them... besides 'save' the other
options have no pourpose at all.
