nearly forget to mention this..
theres also the possibility to compile things without NATIVE LANGUAGE
SUPPORT aka NLS you usually disable it during configuration procedure
in this case AFAIK it shows every character in its RAW mode but i am
not quite sure. dont want localisation then dont compile it in the
programs.. at least what i am doing here.
