cvs autogen

first thanx for resolving the duplicate folder prob...
balsa looks great now..  :)

but to compile it from cvs i had to get the intl folder from the 1.1.6 tar file.

when i run autogen ( ./autogen.sh --enable-gtkhtml --with-esmtp=no --prefix=/usr ) i get only three files in the intl folder wich blocks the make process  :(

can someone tell me which files i could be missing in order to have autogen behave..
