[PATCH] little "close" button in mailbox tabs.

Hello,

This patch adds a little close button on the right of each mailbox tab
to ... close the mailbox :), and it works quite well.
In fact it was ripped from the Galeon source, because I found it would
be a really neat feature for balsa.

The patch is against today's cvs (to be applied in the src/ dir), and
the other attached file "small-close.xpm" should be added in the
src/pixmaps directory.
