Bug in menu customization

Hi,

I discovered a bug in the menu customization.

To reproduce it, do the following:

1.) Add something to the toolbar by clicking the '+' button
2.) Remove it by clicking the '-' button

The '-' button is still active then ! So...

3.) Click the '-' button again
4.) Click apply and
5.) Have a look at your toolbar

The last icon is missing!

Probably solving this bug simply means to disable the '-' and '+' button 
if there is no selected entry.
