[PATCH] Draftbox on IMAP server

Hello,

I just found that a Draftbox in an IMAP folder set doesn't work;
an attempt to postpone a message fails with an open failure on
the Draft folder.

It turned out that the code in libbalsa_message_postpone() didn't
check if the Draftbox is a local mailbox or not.
The enclosed patch against 1.2pre3 fixes this
(the additional IMAP code was derived from libbalsa_message_queue).

Please check if I have missed anything important, especially if
the code bails out correctly if the IMAP server can't be accessed.
