[RFC] Spell check dialog

Balsa's spell-checker dialog is carried out in a notebook page that 
temporarily replaces the header area of the composition window. Since 
the notebook tabs aren't shown, it appears to the user that the spell 
checker has hijacked the header area. 
IMhO the design can be improved. I may not care much about the headers 
while the spell check is in progress, but I'd like to be able to see 
them. I might have some gobbledygook in the subject line that I'd like 
to refer to when a misspelling shows up. (Did I write `dialog' or 
`dialogue'?) The dialog should go in its own window (we could call it a 
`dialog box'...), like every other spell checker I've ever used.
