"Threding state" of mailbox no longer stored

I seem to remember that Balsa would store the "threading" setting of the 
View menu on an individual mailbox basis, but it certainly doesn't for me 
now; type is always "Simple Threading" on startup. Is anyone else seeing 
this?

I'm using the current CVS version of Balsa, but as always, I've made a few 
changes of my own, too...
