ANNOUNCE: balsa-1.3.5 and balsa-2.0.0 released.

Balsa team would like to announce balsa-1.3.5 and 2.0.0 releases

balsa-1.3.5 is a continuation of the HEAD branch, to be soon released 
as balsa-1.4.0. It contains a number of improvements:
- protect ESMTP passwords and pass-phrases.
- new mailboxes scanned in a thread.
- improved message include function.
- preserve References: headers over message postpone.
- number of crashes and other bugs fixed.
- portability fixes.

The binary rpm is built on RH7.2


Balsa-2.0.0 is a GNOME2 port of balsa. In is 90% feature complete. It 
is usable but still has some rough edges, particularly in i18n area.
