[PATCH] PGP/GPG support for Balsa 1.3.5

Hi,

this is my patch to support PGP/GPG with Balsa, modified for sources of
version 1.3.5 : http://foxy.free.fr/balsa-1.3.5-gpg.patch

Like patch for version 1.3.4, it uses GPGME library (see
http://www.gnupg.org) and supports only verifying and signing PGP/GPG
text messages (RFC 2440).

Support for PGP/MIME (RFC 3156) will be coded in a near future :-)

NEW

- "Prefs --> Mail Options --> Privacy" settings are saved and restored.

TODO
----
- support for encrypt and decrypt GPG/PGP text messages
- better errors handling with GPGME
- improve GUI integration
