rfc2047 encoding

hi,
1.3.5 had a problem encoding the headers for non un-ascii characters.
Could non iso-8859-15 users please give current cvs a spin and send some
messages with local characters on the headers ? it should interoperate with
all mime compliant mail readers and not show the local chars on the message
source but the rfc2047 encodings.
