ANNOUNCE: balsa-2.0.4 released.

Hello,

Balsa team would like to officially announce balsa-2.0.4 release. This 
is a GNOME2 port of balsa.

The major changes since the last release include:

- do not use any deprecated GNOME API.
- compile against aspell>=0.50 and gnome-2.2
- do not crash on concurrent access to local mailboxes.
- finally working help.
- update titles of compose windows.
- numerous bug fixes.

Linking against OpenSSL library is explicitely allowed (README,INSTALL).
