IMAP problem

I received the following message whenever I try to access an IMAP 
folder on my system:

	This IMAP server is ancient. Mutt does not work with it.

Needless to say, I can't access the folder. I'm running:

RH 7.2, kernel 2.4.9-21
balsa 1.3.2
IMAP server on this network is courier-0.73.2.20020223 (though there's 
a stable upgrade I'm about to apply)

Any thoughts?
